- – **Products Eligible for Return:** We accept returns and offer refunds for unopened and unused green coffee beans, roasted coffee beans, and roasted cocoa. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
– **Products Not Eligible for Return:** Opened or used products, special orders, and items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
2. **Timeframe for Returns**
– **Standard Return Period:** You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Requests made outside of this period will not be eligible for a refund.
– **Refund Processing Time:** Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
